Third Doctors dematerialization circuit

I was discussing this on Twitter earlier. Strange that Character Options never included the Tardis dematerialization circuit as an accessory with the 3rd Doctor figures. We had the time sensor thing from The Time Monster & the crystal of Kronos also from The Time Monster. It was also seen in The Doctor falls, Missy had it. Please don't post about the replica, its not about that.

It might have been too difficult to make at such a small scale? The Time Monster accessories were quite big and although we've had other small accessories, like the Zygon recall unit, they were simple shapes and probably easier to sculpt.
